Rin's performance is over, the crowd is cheering, Rangiku has managed to pull herself together. She greets Rin and realizes that Gin hasn't really left her with nothing... that Rin is much like his father or at least tries to be.

Gin isn't Really Gone, In order to save him Rin trapped Gin in his inner world, however Rin hasn't been able to see Gin. Gin is concerned about the weather in Rin's inner world, it goes from bad to worse then repairs itself constantly. Gin' isn't showing concern in his face or tone, but the fact that he's even asking is a sign that he does care about what the heck is going on with Rin.
Rishio gives Gin an explanation, Rishio isn't too happy with Gin because this is in a since Gin's fault.... If he hadn't made decisions that could've, should've, would've gotten him killed then Rin wouldn't be so torn up
